Brussa Agency sells tickets for events through external ticket offices, which have their own return and complaint policies. If you have any issues with your purchased tickets, please contact us so we can help you negotiate and provide support in reaching an agreement with the ticket office. Returning Products from the Store
In the music merchandise store, Agencja Brussa is directly involved in the sale and shipping of products. Our return policy only covers situations in which the product received is damaged or defective. In such a case, please file a complaint within 14 days of receiving the shipment. After the complaint is approved, we offer a refund or exchange for a new product.
Return Terms:
Damage reports must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Product must be in the condition in which it was received and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable as delivery is made by external courier companies.
External Suppliers
Delivery is the responsibility of external courier companies, which operate in accordance with their own policies. Brussa Agency is not responsible for delays or problems related to the services of these providers. In the event of problems with delivery, please contact us - we will be happy to help clarify the situation with the courier company.
