The right to replace a defective product
In case the product is damaged or does not work properly, the customer has the right to exchange it for a new one. The exchange process is completely free of charge.Complaints Terms
To file a complaint, you must:- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product by sending an e-mail to: zuzanna@agencjabrussa.pl .
- In your report, please include your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo of the product and packaging.
The exchange process
- Once you submit your complaint, we will verify the problem within 5 business days.
- If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive a new copy of the product at no additional cost. If it is necessary to return the damaged copy, the shipping costs will be covered by Agencja Brussa.
Open product complaints policy
To check whether the product is working properly, it is necessary to open it and use it. Therefore, complaints regarding opened products will also be considered if they are found to be defective.Liability disclaimers

- Payment in advance (online transfer, card, BLIK): shipping cost is PLN 14 .
- Cash on delivery (COD): shipping cost is PLN 20 .
